Using the webstore

Finding the products you’re interested in - You can browse the website in several ways by using:
·    The Top Navigation (menu) bar, which also presents you with drop down menus by product category, eg Gloves / Cruiser - Urban.
·    The “Shop By Brand” menu enables you to view items within a specific brand e.g. “Draggin” would show you all “Draggin” products available, across the whole website.
·    The “Search” function gives you the option of looking for a particular item or part number, or a more general search e.g. Jackets. Hint – If you are looking for items to fit your bike, enter its name or model in the search to be shown parts that fit it, e.g. Hayabusa, CBR1000, or 916.
·    “Refine Your Search” - Once you have selected the category or item you are interested in, you can then use the “Refine Your Search” menu to help narrow down exactly what item you’re looking for e.g. “Size 38, Blue, Belstaff”.

Comparing products - If you are not sure which item suits your needs best and want to compare a few items then you can tick the small box beneath an item’s description called “Compare up to 3 items”. Then click on the words “Compare up to 3 items” to see up to 3 different items displayed alongside each other.

More information - Once you have selected the item you’re interested in you will be able to view photographs and more information on that item including the item’s “Description”, “Tech Specs” and “Reviews” tabs.
·    “Description” will give you an overview of what the product is and what purpose it serves.
·     “Tech Specs” provides more detailed information relating to specific items e.g. the model and year of bike with which the product is compatible, technical construction details, etc.
·    “Product Care” will give you advice for looking after your product (this is mainly confined to the Helmets section).
·    “Reviews” will allow you to see previous customer’s opinions of the product selected, and for you to write your own.
You can also use the options at the bottom of the item page to either “Print This Page”, “Ask An Expert” or “Email to a friend”.
·    “Print This Page” will allow you to print the page you are viewing for further reference.
·    “Ask an Expert” will take you to a page where you can ask any question, about any item, service or function on the website.
·    “Email to a friend” will allow you to send information about an item to a friend’s email address. (Just make sure you have their permission first).

Returning Customers - If you are a returning customer it is worth logging in early in your product selection process, as the site will retrieve any items you had previously added to your basket, but had not bought. You can choose to retain, edit or discard these items. New items selected after you have logged in will be added to your open basket.

Sizes & Colours - After viewing the item, use the drop down bars to select a size and colour (if applicable). The screen will then refresh, and you can then add to basket.

Adding to Basket - Once you have selected your desired size, colour and quantity of item, you can click on “Add to Basket”. At this point you will see that your live basket has been updated with the price and name of the item just added. Now you can either continue shopping for other item’s, or “Go to Checkout”.

Go to Checkout – Once you click on the “Go to Checkout” you’ll arrive at “Review your Order” page, where you can review or update the quantity of the item and preferred delivery option, or delete an item from your basket, before you “Continue to Checkout”. Alternatively you could continue shopping to return to the main store.

Logging in & Payment methods - If you are not already logged in, you will then be asked to either “Log In” if you are a returning customer or to Register if you are a new customer. Here you can also to select your payment method - Credit / Debit card or PayPal, and begin registering your information – this is quick and easy to do.
·    NB: If you are a returning customer, with an uncompleted basket from your previous session, and you login at this stage your previous basket will be retrieved, but the items you just looked at won’t have been added, so you’ll need to select them again.

Completing your Order – After selecting you payment method and logging-in or registering you’ll be taken to the checkout process where you can complete you order and delivery details.
·    You’ll get a chance to check your order is correct before finalising it. You may also include any notes, under “Additional Information”, you think would be useful. Once you have read the “Privacy Policy” and the “Terms & Conditions” pages, and are satisfied that your order is correct, click “Confirm Your Order”.
·    You will then be asked to enter your “SecureCode” banking password to confirm your identity you’re your banks. Then you’re done!
·    You can now “Print a copy of your order” or “Continue Shopping”. It is important you keep note of your online order number as it will be used to identify you and your order. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided, detailing the specifics of your order.
·    And once you item has been picked and packed, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can see the progress of your delivery.
