Returns & Refunds
30 days Returns policy – No Hassle
· Contact us first – for authorisation before returning goods or items, on:
o Customer Services Tel: 01252 891 800
o or use online Customer Services form (see the Contact Us section of the website)
o Please tell us the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement.
When returning an item to us, for whatever reason:
· You can contact us and we will arrange a Free pickup and return in UK mainland*.
o *For Returns from Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isles of Scilly, and Isle of Wight – please contact us for confirmation first.
· OR, you can choose to return the item to us yourself, in which case:
o Please return the item to us in a plainly wrapped cardboard box, including a copy of your invoice, with your name and address clearly marked on the outside of the package in the return area.
o As the customer it is your responsibility to pay the postage or return carriage charges,
o And we strongly suggest you insure it, for an amount covering its full retail value plus any postal or shipping charges.

Whether we pick-up or you return the goods to us yourself:
· All goods or items need to be returned to us in good saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all their labels and stickers attached – i.e. you must return it to us in the same condition in which it was delivered.
· Any goods damaged by you, or through your negligence, will not be accepted for refund.
· Farnham Honda shall not be responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
Exceptions – We cannot accept Cancellations and Returns of:
· Helmets - Due to Health & Safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept any Helmets back in return. Please make sure you order the correct size and colour of helmet at the time of purchase. However any helmets which are damaged, faulty, or not as ordered may be returned, and this does not affect you statutory rights.
· Customised Products – If you ordered an item which was customised for you, or which was made specifically for you, we cannot accept a return, unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
· Audio and Video recordings, and Computer software, where the seal has been broken.
· Newspapers, Magazines and Periodicals.
A full refund will be provided subject to:
· Subject to the conditions set out in Farnham Honda’s Returns & Refunds policy on this website.
· Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
· Refunds, including any reasonable delivery costs incurred by you, will be paid in full within 30 days of notification of Cancellation to us, in line with Distance Selling Regulations.
Replacements items:
· Where we agree to supply you with a replacement item(s) we will pay the cost of delivering those items to you.
· If we are unable to supply a direct replacement item, for whatever reason, we will offer you a choice of a full refund, or alternative goods to a similar value. We will pay the cost of delivering those items to you.
If an item fails after you have used it:
· All goods supplied by Farnham Honda are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty. If an item has failed prematurely please follow our returns procedure, giving us details of the product and fault. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued.
· Due to health and safety regulations, we request that all used inner clothing, such as thermals, base layers, t-shirts, socks, etc, to be washed prior to returning back to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.
